Real Estate Champions, a leading real estate agency based in Frankston, Victoria, approached BrandWorks to create a custom website that would capitalise on the thriving property development projects comprising off-the-plan apartments and newly built homes within the suburb. With Frankston experiencing rapid growth and significant investment, Real Estate Champions recognised the need for a new website to showcase their services and establish their position as the go-to real estate agency in the area.

Approach

We understood the importance of creating a clean, modern, and professional website that would effectively represent Real Estate Champions' brand and attract potential buyers and sellers. The existing brand identity was also simplified with improved visual clarity with its logo and colours. We worked closely with the client throughout the entire process, using Figma design mockups to visualise and iterate on the website's layout, ensuring it met their goals and expectations.

The website was built in-house from scratch in WordPress to match the design specifications exactly. The site features fully responsive mobile and desktop views and allows for easy, code-free content updates by the client.

We worked closely with the client to develop SEO strategies including meta tags and descriptions, with the site achieving an excellent SEO score of 88/100.

Real Estate Champions utilise the industry-leading Agentbox, a popular CRM platform used by real estate agents. To streamline their operations and enhance user experience, BrandWorks developed a bespoke integration with the Agentbox API. This integration allowed for seamless data synchronisation, ensuring efficient lead management and customer engagement.
